LUNCH FORMS

It's that time! Lunch forms need to becompleted for each student!  Please complete the short form and return it to the JBS as soon as possible. By filling out the form, it allows JBS to offer free lunch for eligible students AND it allows us to provide many other free opportunities for students. If you have any questions, please contact Sharon at 212-627-2812. The form is also available online at:
